Yes No. Managers in this place are young people who need training on how to talk to people who think that being a manager or supervisor is about having power over people. I had the worse experience working here managers always blame you when things go wrong and do not have the decency to apologise when proven wrong.
They give employees temporary contracts so when they have finished using you and have no need for you anymore they can just get rid of you for no reason. If your face does not fit you do not stand a chance, do not work here if you do not have a backup plan. Pros No pros. Cons Rude Managers and bullying. So today we got the third new dishwasher and had the other taken back. Had an indesit brand one though as was hoping maybe the issue was where the last two bush dishwashers were being kept, plus was told they didnt do them anymore, wounder why. Anyway within 10 minutes of it being delivered i opened it up and took the packaging off to find screws missing from the bottom rear of it and a dent in the side of it, we have just paid for a new expensive product again and gotten something which looks second hand.
